#idk

So guys this piece will be in indonesian.
Because i really really really really dont know what to write about. 
Ok jadi aku bener bener ga tau mau tulis apa dan - u know what i cant write properly in indo so ill just write in English argh!!!! Still dont know what to write about.
 Holidays hmm... U know what les talk about holidays. Soo most schools have there holidays later but im having mine from last week to next week so its laik 11 days of fun . But i still have jobs like tomorrow ill be in kompas TV doing a live show. Wana know the stuff ill be cooking tomm, well its still a secret soo dont tell anyone. It will be (drumroll) chiken yakiniku and french toast dont tell hushh..
So tommorow watch me at the local tv  at the morning im not yet sure what time but ill tell tonight

#bali2015

soo i had this show on bali like around 12th and the 13th september 2015. its called the big feast.i had so much fun in there it was a experience that was very shocking, yet  its also good for my experience as a young chef. on my last day at that fair, i made a dish that was kidda cewl and fancy. and one very urban and beach like. both with different culture one from italy and one from mexico.
    the dishes are peanut butter pana ,cotta stawberry gel and cookie crumbs. well i know yo guys think this dish is very complicated but actually its quite simple. the other dish is like very complex
and its from california but the idea came from mexico.fish wraps but insted of wraps i use tacos
so fish wraps are from california but the idea of taco is from mexico. with all that i had a great experience during the big feast and i hope that that opportunity would come again #blessed#funexperience#hopeitwouldcomeagain
P.S i also got sick, how sad right. but i spend time at the beach often too.

             so guys i have a healthy recipe and yet also very fancy is the word u can describe the dish simple  yrt very elegant dish. well if u want to know its (drum roll) (u better imagine that drumroll sound in ur head) salmon ceviche. well if u want to know what ceviche is ... Ceviche is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Latin America. The dish is typically made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices, such as lemon or lime, and spiced with ají or chili peppers.
       
           do u want to get bored with more facts well i guess not so here are the ingredients >>>>>

- 1 fillet of salmon(dice it big)
- 3 bell peppers (red,green,yellow)(diced)
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 red onion (choped)
-1 handful of sweet corn
- 1 handful of mint 
- 4 slices of avocado
-tortila (big rectangles) (deep fry)
-1 whole tomato (diced)
- kiwi puree-
-kiwi 
-sugar
blend it together the reduce it. cool it down. 

method:
combine all the ceviche ingredient. cover it with wrapping plastic rest it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
u see simple but the cutting method would be very acurate. 
next plate it up with a garnish of living micro sprout.
