#basic

soo what i got is all back to the basic. what you'll need in the every day in the professional kitchen or a heathy lifestyle would want the one and only chicken stock. this is used in many types of cuisine you name it japanese? udon, italian? risotto, and more well all the ingredients are simple and you can store it in a very long period of time 2 months in the fridge
all you need is just:

chicken bones
onion[skin on]
a carrot
garlic
celery
pepercons
and one bouquet garni [thyme, bay leaf and sage]
oops forgot the most important ingredient, water!

so how do you do it boil every thing together for like 3-4 hours. always remove the oil that would probaby come out after one hour.
u see basic but you need to be patient.
once your done you could make soup with it, make a udon broth with it. and even you could make any other stock with the same recipe but differnt bones.
